By accessing or using GreenGear you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
Premium subscriptions provide access to enhanced listing visibility, featured placement, and other promotional benefits. Payments are securely processed by PayFast and may operate on a recurring billing basis depending on the selected plan.
By subscribing, you authorize GreenGear (through PayFast) to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal period until you cancel. It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue with a premium plan. Cancellations must be made through your GreenGear account or directly via your PayFast subscription portal.
Premium fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at GreenGear’s sole discretion.
All site content (logo, design, code) remains the property of GreenGear. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
GreenGear is a classifieds marketplace. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We disclaim liability for loss or damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
